Shipping & Returns
We accept orders 24 hours 7 days a week, including weekends, but we only process your order(s) on operational business days (Monday to Friday). All orders will be processed 1 day after receiving your payment confirmation, sent to our email. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
We currently do not accept and ship our merchandise internationally (outside Indonesia).
From Where I Stand is not responsible for any risks for loss of merchandise once it has been delivered by our team to the designated address.
From Where I Stand is not responsible if and when a merchandise does not arrive due to the customer’s error in filling the designated address. The customer is also required to pay for any additional costs should re-delivery instances occur.
Our return policy has a 3-day grace period. If you wish for a refund or exchange an item after 3 days since your purchase, we will not be able to process the inquiry.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with a well-attached clothing tag.
In general, all merchandise at From Where I Stand can be exchanged and returned, with the exception of several items:
Plants & Flowers
Used or opened products
To complete your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as we are responsible for merchandise purchased under our platforms.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only be able to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item with a better qualified item, please send us an email.
To return your purchases, you can deliver directly to our retail store situated at: Jl. Raya Sayan No.70, Sayan, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571
We will be unable to be responsible to cover shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have received a refund, the costs for the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where your where about, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Every orders shipped will be notified to its buyer with a delivery tracking code. Should there be any delays and/or concerns, you will be able to track the whereabouts of your item personally.
